About the role

The Nursing Unit Manager provides leadership and management of staff, services, and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective and quality nursing in the Ambulatory Care setting. Our nursing team is critical in our vision to build healthier rural people and thriving communities. Our nursing unit managers make sure we deliver on our promise by creating safe, healthy environments that support the work of the health care team and contribute to patient engagement.

You will be managing and supervising staff and clinical nursing practice with a focus on optimal patient outcomes and professional growth for staff. Other duties include case management, treatment planning, recruitment budgeting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing educational plans.
