Nursing Unit Manager - Adult Mental Health
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) AND Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrate effective leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams within mental health settings during extended times of change and uncertainty highlighting the ability to be flexible and innovative in solving emerging problems
- Proven ability in supporting and couching your teams and ensuring a cohesive and supportive working environment while contributing to the professional and personal development of your teams.
- Evidence based examples showing a patient centric approach and high level of commitment to clinical governance and quality improvements within acute mental health.
