    1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
    2. Please outline your skills and experience that would make you an ideal candidate for this position, including clinical and leadership skills.
    3. How would your current staff and peers describe your leadership and management style?
    4. What structures and processes would you have in place in the ED to ensure that quality care is provided and minimise risk to patients? How would you measure the success and sustainability of these strategies?
    5. Ensuring contemporaneous practice can be challenging. Can you describe a situation where you have had to manage underperforming staff, how did you manage this and what were the learnings from this?
