Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Dept - Kempsey District Hospital - Incentives Offered

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and current practicing certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
2. Demonstrated comprehensive skills in clinical assessment including physical, mental health, social, ethnic and cultural dimensions.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to use appropriate teaching/learning strategies to educate and support others within the speciality and the profession.
4. Proven ability to critically evaluate and integrate relevant research findings into decision making about health care management and interventions.
5. Evidence of implementing interventions and monitoring outcomes to evaluate and improve patient care
6. Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
