Selection Criteria:
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Possesses relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or working towards same
- Broad clinical and operational experience within a complex healthcare environment, with demonstrated understanding of KPI's associated with patient flow and access, including ETP, ESPT and Transfer of Care Targets
- Ability to coordinate and manage patient flow within an acute hospital wide setting. Demonstrated understanding of patient flow systems approach
- Proven high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication and negotiations skills and an aptitude to utilise relevant information technology platforms including Patient Flow Portal, Firstnet, iPM, ORBIT and Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Sound leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
