Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the areas of supported accommodation and management of people with complex support needs
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in housing/welfare/social services or other relevant fields
- Ability to engage, consult and negotiate with staff at all levels including with HIV-related services, mainstream health/disability services and other agencies including the housing sector and NDIS services
- Demonstrated initiative and experience in problem solving service access for people with complex support needs
- Demonstrated high level organisational and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated capacity to conduct and evaluate assessments of clients referred to the service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including computer literacy that would enable preparation of correspondence, reports and other documentation required in the role
- Current unencumbered NSW driver’s license and the capacity to work in regional areas for short periods.
