NSP Operations Manager (Health Manager Level 1) - Kirketon Road Centre

1. Experience in the delivery of client-focused front line services, community based services or harm reduction health services.
2. Demonstrated project management experience including strong negotiation and delegation skills, including the design, implementation and evaluation of service delivery changes/developments.
3. Demonstrated capacity to communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders e.g. community members, LHD Executive, government agencies and other health workers.
4. Demonstrated experience in the supervision of frontline staff including Peer Workers with lived experience of drug use/mental health.
5. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues.
6. Demonstrated understanding of harm reduction, principles of community development and health promotion.
7. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication, IT and data skills and interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach.
8. Current NSW Driver’s License with a willingness to work across South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, with primary locations at the Sutherland Hospital and the Kirketon Road Centre (Kings Cross).
