About the role
This role is responsible for management of the Finance and Performance Services within the Hastings Macleay Clinical Network and ensuring optimal health outcomes within budget for their customers and communities. You will actively lead the business management function for the HMCN including development of annual budgets, preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reporting, forecasting and other returns as required for the relevant service unit, this includes management of relevant contracted services.
This is a Full-Time permanent role based at Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
About You
Do you have extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in a relevant field in a large and diverse service industry organisation, including relevant tertiary qualifications along with a highly developed ability to provide effective and authoritative specialist advice and recommendations in relation to business management and service delivery issues. Proven ability to provide leadership and management expertise at a senior level with well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills with ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
