Selection Criteria:
- Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA, Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA; Psychologist with current registration with AHPRA.
- High level verbal and written communication skills with fluency in designated community language (Nepalese) in addition to English.
- Demonstrated culturally sensitive experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness using a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated skills in time management and prioritisation of work.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
