About the Role
The Change Adoption Lead will work within the Digital Health Directorate engaging key stakeholders to lead change management and adoption for Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program across the MNCLHD.  This program will consolidate the major patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems to a single state-wide instance.  The incumbent's excellent facilitation skills, understanding and experience in large projects and in health care provision and/or processes will be valuable in managing change at all levels of the organisation and promoting optimal staff readiness and adoption.
This position in based in the Mid North Coast Local Health District, we have offices in Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie.  The successful candidate will need to be available to work from either location.
About You
Do you have relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in implementing change in a large and diverse service industry organisation along with demonstrated proven skills and experience in implementing a recognised generic change management framework (PROSCI - ADKAR) or a health specific change/adoption framework?  You will need demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people.
