About the role

Supporting and mentoring student nurses and midwives and facilitating a professional relationship between the university students (undergraduate nurses and midwives) and Local Health District Registered Nurses.  

The Nurse/Midwife Educator is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of nursing/midwifery education programs at a facility level to support development of evidence based, person centred nursing/midwifery care.
