About the role

Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Midwife Educator Grade 1 to Support and mentor student nurses and midwives and facilitating a professional relationship between the university students (undergraduate nurses and midwives) and Local Health District Registered Nurses.

The Midwife Educator is responsible for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of midwifery education programs at a facility level to support development of evidence based, person centred midwifery care.
