  2. Proven clinical experience in community mental health services and evidence of effective planning, implementation and evaluation of same.
  3. Relevant experience in the management and leadership of multidisciplinary mental health services with a focus on recovery principles and practice.
  4. Demonstrated successful management of financial and organisation resources with advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  5. Demonstrated high level, timely and effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to facilitate work that is collaborative, autonomous and fosters and enhances positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of HCCC and MoH
  6. Demonstrated knowledge, experience and leadership in Clinical Practice Improvement, Safety Improvement Programs and risk management strategies.
  7. Post graduate business/management qualification.
  8. Proven experience in policy development, implementation and evaluation.
