What you'll be doing
This role provides senior administrative support to the Director of Finance & Corporate Services and the Manager of Patient Safety & Clinical Quality. The position requires high-level organisational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be required to:

  • Deliver advanced administrative and secretarial support with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, draft reports, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain Health Roster entries, monitor leave balances, and manage finance inbox.
  • Process purchase requisitions and invoice receipting via Oracle and HPE systems.
  • Uphold records management standards and foster strong internal working relationships.

  1. Relevant qualifications in business, office administration or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception support roles.
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing a high calibre of administrative support to senior staff and multiple teams
  3. Demonstrated capacity to organise a high level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner with a genuine commitment to customer service and proven ability to liaise with medical and nonmedical personnel at all levels.
  4. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems whilst working in a high pressured role with competing demands and deadlines.
  5. Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues
  6. Experience in servicing various services, including preparation of agendas and taking minutes and experience in the preparation of correspondence and reports, including quality assurance
  7. Competency using information and communication technology, software programs for tasks including emailing, internet, data searching and presentations and ability to readily learn new systems and programs
  8. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team
