About the role
-
Mental Health Worker with the Community Mental Health Team with acute care and triage service.

Providing support to individuals with multiple complex needs including mental illness, drug and alcohol issues and homelessness.

Planning, assessment and implementation of treatment for those experiencing an acute mental health crisis/post discharge follow up.

7-day roster with morning and evening shifts.

One additional day off per month.
About you
-
Demonstrated experience working in mental health preferably within the community.

Demonstrated person centred care collaborating with community-based resources including NGOs, GPs, NDIS etc. in a recovery-based framework.

Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence

Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
