Selection Criteria:
  1. Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience in applying the principles and related guidelines of the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1987, Workplace Injury Management Act 1998 and Amendments, WH&S Act and Regulation of 2011
  2. Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills
  3. High level facilitation, presentation and coaching skills that model a culture of learning
  4. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Demonstrated people management experience with large teams (8+) of direct reports
  6. Proficient with utilising electronic claims management systems including but not limited to running statistical reports relevant to your portfolio
