Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Extensive relevant experience at a senior management level delivering measurable value improvements in supply chain management within a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in successful development and implementation of category management, procurement and supply chain strategies and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop a diverse range of staff to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
