To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the selection criteria outlined in the Position Description and address the below criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Extensive knowledge and skill in HR Transactional Services eg. System Transactions, Rostering Systems Support, HRIS or Payroll; with sound knowledge and/or skill related to HR operations, processes and procedures.
  2. Extensive knowledge of and ability to interpret NSW Public Hospital Awards, Agreements and Policy.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to developing and maintaining a high level of customer service within Human Resources and a demonstrated ability in active stakeholder engagement, communication and education.
  4. Ability to lead and motivate multiple diverse teams and work with stakeholders from various different cultural backgrounds and personalities to achieve corporate objectives.
