- Relevant qualifications in a science or health related discipline and/or extensive relevant experience with proven leadership, management and organisational skills in a clinical or health research environment.
- Experience in operational management in a complex health environment.

- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop complex documents, such as briefs, reports and grant submissions.
