Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Experienced costing practitioner with high level knowledge of activity based management, activity based costing and activity based funding principles and practices.
- Inspiring leader able to manage and grow staff capabilities and who role models core values.
- Independent self-manager able to problem solve across complex high volume areas.
- Experienced program manager who can demonstrate results that achieve intended objectives and outcomes and who evaluates efficiencies.
- High level understanding of NSW and Commonwealth funding models.
- Good understanding of and ability to apply change management approaches and principles.
- Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex and sensitive issues to stakeholders at varying levels.
