Selection Criteria
  1. Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  2. Experienced costing practitioner with high level knowledge of activity based management, activity based costing and activity based funding principles and practices.
  3. Inspiring leader able to manage and grow staff capabilities and who role models core values.
  4. Independent self-manager able to problem solve across complex high volume areas.
  5. Experienced program manager who can demonstrate results that achieve intended objectives and outcomes and who evaluates efficiencies.
  6. High level understanding of NSW and Commonwealth funding models.
  7. Good understanding of and ability to apply change management approaches and principles.
  8. Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex and sensitive issues to stakeholders at varying levels.
