Hunter New England Health is looking for a strategic and skilled Property Portfolio Manager to take charge of a diverse and expansive portfolio spanning corporate, clinical, and community-based facilities across the district. About the Role:
As Manager, Property and PPP Contract administration, your week will be dynamic and varied. You'll be responsible for:

Managing and optimising a diverse portfolio of properties used for clinical and corporate services.

Overseeing property planning to ensure staff have high-quality, safe, and fit-for-purpose workplaces.

Leading strategic property initiatives, including capital works projects and policy-driven facility management.

Contract management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective partnerships with internal and external groups.

Contributing to the long-term vision of our property strategy and development.

Principle contact for the HNE PPP contract for the Calvary Mater Newcastle facility and support services. This will include managing contract compliance in a way that maintains stakeholder relationships and ensures risks are managed and mitigated.
