The ideal candidate will have…

  • Experience in a major teaching or acute metropolitan hospital, across a range of specialties with a proven knowledge of DRG’s, casemix and ABF models and their application within the health system.
  • Advanced data management skills and experience using Health Information systems, such as Synaptix, the Health Information Exchange (HIE), Business Objects, WebNAP, Patient Administration Systems and MS Office software (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Ability to lead and/or actively participate in meetings to dynamically promote coding and the ABF model amongst clinicians and senior executive staff.
