- Leadership and management experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team
- Communication ability: Highly developed communication skills, and the ability to provide high quality written and verbal communication in line with NSW government communication guidelines and requirements
- Capacity to manage complexity and urgency: Demonstrated experience and ability in delivering high quality data products while meeting multiple or competing deadlines
- Capacity to think flexibly and creatively: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new analyses, reports or processes
