Manager of Performance and Value

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or a related field such as, health information management, statistics or social sciences, with extensive demonstrated experience in the interpretation of data and communication of information at an executive level.
- Demonstrated achievement in management at a senior level in an organisation managing and delivering health services, including experience in the development of collaborative partnerships, strategic planning, performance monitoring and optimisation, analytics and reporting. As well as experience in identifying and managing emerging and sensitive issues proactively and providing strategic and operational advice at the executive level.
- Demonstrated high level strategic, advisory and operational knowledge and experience of organisational Performance and Purchasing Frameworks and Health Funding Models, including Activity Based Funding and the relevant data collections, classification systems and clinical costing and patient flows/pathways that impact optimisation of these models.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and extensive experience building and sustaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders within and across various functional areas to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in the management and leadership of high performing teams to achieve against organisational directions and strategic priorities while fostering innovation, excellence and a collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience to successfully manage human, financial, and physical resources, risk and business continuity effectively and efficiently to ensure budget and performance targets are met.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the production of health information, including data collection, visualisation, quality assurance processes and data governance including the management and appropriate release of data as per relevant policies and legislative requirements, including experience in providing effective communication to influence change in these areas.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, including driving long distances and occasional overnight stays.
