Selection Criteria 

  1. Extensive experience and an outstanding record of achievement in the management of facilities in a large and complex service environment.
  2. Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  3. Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated achievement in successfully leading teams - managing and coaching managers; building capability; meeting performance goals; and always fostering, and maintaining, a customer focused work culture.
  6. Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, strategically improve performance and manage multiple projects.

  • This is a temporary role up to 11 months with possibility of transitioning to permanent role.
