  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience, including simulation education services
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing the student placement contracts and processes across the LHD.  
  3. Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people
  4. Demonstrated experience as Team Leader and ability to coach and mentor Team Members
  5. Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services
  6. Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills, including simulation debriefs
  7. Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets), including simulation equipment and software
  8. Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required, including the ability to occasionally stay over-night for education campaigns or activities
