- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in a large and diverse service industry organisation, or a combination of study and work experience, including simulation education services
- Demonstrated experience in managing the student placement contracts and processes across the LHD.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including highly developed ability to consult, negotiate and delegate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Demonstrated experience as Team Leader and ability to coach and mentor Team Members
- Excellent organisational, analytical and complex problem solving skills with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery of services
- Highly developed and effective management and conflict resolution skills, including simulation debriefs
- Advanced computer skills utilising varied and appropriate software programs (eg word processing, data management systems and spreadsheets), including simulation equipment and software
- Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel as required, including the ability to occasionally stay over-night for education campaigns or activities
