Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting high-performing teams? We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Support Officer to provide efficient secretarial and administrative services at Manning Hospital

 

About the Role
In this diverse and dynamic role, you will be a key support person, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. You'll manage diaries, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare high-quality correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries. You’ll also provide secretariat support for meetings and maintain accurate records and reports to support effective decision-making. The Manning Mental Health Service is currently undergoing widescale change and this role will play a crucial role in supporting changes to the admiration team and well as the broader team. Remote work from another HNE facility may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management, travel bookings, timesheet and payroll processing, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage administrative workflows and set priorities with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Draft, format and prepare reports, documents and professional correspondence.
  • Organise and support meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and room or video conferencing arrangements.
  • Deliver reception and customer service support, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
