- Tertiary qualifications in Health Science, Education, Project Management or leadership or relevant experience and drivers licence with the ability to drive for work purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead and motivate staff, stakeholders, as well as an ability to form effective working relationships with senior clinicians, senior managers and external partners.
- Demonstrated organisation skills and experience in project management, program management and change management.
- Proven ability to analyse clinical workflows and data to inform service improvement.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data with a strength in written reporting and evaluation of projects.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare systems and sound understanding of contemporary issues with in health facilities in relation to access management policies and best practice.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous clinical practice improvement and efficiency gains.
- Demonstrated effective time management skills, with proven ability to deliver on projects.
