1. Tertiary qualifications in Health Science, Education, Project Management or leadership or relevant experience and drivers licence with the ability to drive for work purposes.
2. Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead and motivate staff, stakeholders, as well as an ability to form effective working relationships with senior clinicians, senior managers and external partners.
3. Demonstrated organisation skills and experience in project management, program management and change management.
4. Proven ability to analyse clinical workflows and data to inform service improvement.
5. Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data with a strength in written reporting and evaluation of projects.
6. Extensive knowledge of healthcare systems and sound understanding of contemporary issues with in health facilities in relation to access management policies and best practice.
7. Demonstrated experience in continuous clinical practice improvement and efficiency gains.
8. Demonstrated effective time management skills, with proven ability to deliver on projects.
