The Opportunity 

 

Linen Production Supervisor – Linen Services is responsible for overseeing daily linen operations at their site, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely service delivery to support hospital functions. This includes supervising staff, managing workflows across key production areas (soiled sort, washroom, finishing, distribution, and theatre prepack), and maintaining accurate stock levels and distribution in line with hospital needs and organisational procedures.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The Team Leader ensures compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards, NSW Health policies, and fosters productive relationships with internal teams and hospital stakeholders. A current HR truck licence may be required, depending on site needs.

Eligibility Requirements
