  1. Diploma in Training Design and Development or higher certification, or equivalent applied experience with high level skills in facilitating learning processes.
  2. Proven experience in, and extensive knowledge of, contemporary issues in staff wellbeing with a focus on the psychological wellbeing of staff.
  3. Demonstrated organisational and project management skills and capacity to autonomously prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a client focused approach.
  4. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively and utilise a coaching approach with clients.
  5. Proven success in designing tailored, high-quality training materials and reports, and delivering engaging education and learning presentations which achieve evidenced improvement in capability for staff in the area of psychological wellbeing.
  6. Proficiency in using business software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Acrobat) and intermediate skills in management of information systems including records management and project management.
  7. Demonstrated effectiveness working as a member of a team to drive organisational learning and development initiatives.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to undertake occasional travel in the course of employment.
