- Diploma in Training Design and Development or higher certification, or equivalent applied experience with high level skills in facilitating learning processes.
- Proven experience in, and extensive knowledge of, contemporary issues in staff wellbeing with a focus on the psychological wellbeing of staff.
- Demonstrated organisational and project management skills and capacity to autonomously prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a client focused approach.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively and utilise a coaching approach with clients.
- Proven success in designing tailored, high-quality training materials and reports, and delivering engaging education and learning presentations which achieve evidenced improvement in capability for staff in the area of psychological wellbeing.
- Proficiency in using business software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Acrobat) and intermediate skills in management of information systems including records management and project management.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working as a member of a team to drive organisational learning and development initiatives.
- Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to undertake occasional travel in the course of employment.
