Lactation Consultant Clinical Midwife Specialist

1. A Registered Midwife appointed to a position classified as such with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
4. Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
