Kids Advanced Therapeutics Program Manager
- Tertiary qualifications in a medical, science, allied health or business and/or equivalent experience in a medical research or healthcare program delivery role.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, developing and managing program budgets, implementing risk management plans and managing issues
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience and the ability to engender cooperation and support from collaborators from diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience in developing high level pitch and strategy documents to senior government officials, Board and Executive.
- Highly developed negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively and develop strong working relationships within multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team and a willingness to work flexibly as directed to achieve urgent and changing priorities
- An understanding the regulatory environment governing clinical trials, gene technology, Good Clinical Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
