  1. Demonstrated sound management and leadership experience in a large, diverse service industry organisation

  2. Demonstrated successful customer service leadership experience while balancing the demands of a busy and process driven environment

  3. Demonstrated initiative and success in positively leading and engaging a team to achieve best practice results

  4. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) with proven ability to interact professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships

  5. Demonstrated ability to analyse operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing sound business practices to achieve optimal outcomes

  6. Demonstrated sound problem solving skills and ability to manage the resolution of complex issues

  7. Demonstrated ability to work with, analyse and report from HRIS (or similar) and IT systems, as well as the ability to utilise advanced level MS Office skills
