Selection Criteria:

Please note that throughout the recruitment process you will be assessed against the following criteria:

  1. Previous administration experience working for a complex organisation.

  2. Demonstrated customer service focus with a responsive approach to enquiries whilst understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.

  3. Sound communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to establish positive working relationships with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.

  4. Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  5. Ability to follow procedural guidelines and apply them within the scope of the role.

  6. Ability to carry out a variety of functions which may require the use of judgement within the broad scope of the role.

  7. Ability to work in a high volume and demanding data inputting environment with the capacity to manage routine tasks with a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.

  8. Demonstrated proficient data inputting and IT skills with experience using MS Office programs, HR and other related database systems such as HealthRoster.

3. This role requires flexibility to work with the various stakeholders and departments within the hospital and also manage your workload in a professional and timely fashion. How do you plan to juggle the competing requirements of the role?
