Selection Criteria

• Tertiary or trade-based qualifications and/or extensive past experience in the management of maintenance works on assets and management of trade based work teams.
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of health care facility asset management and maintenance.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead a dynamic and multi-trade team.
• Demonstrated planning, project management, analytical and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge & understanding of technical and legislative requirements for the physical management of assets, equipment and systems of health care facilities.
• Demonstrated record of significant achievements in a management role.
• Demonstrated ability to promote, implement and monitor EEO, OH&S and quality improvement principles and practices.
• Current NSW Class C driver’s licence.
