Integrated Care Dietitian

Essential Criteria:

Vaccination Category: A
Checks: National Criminal Record Check & Working With Children Check
Qualification: Recognised tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics
Registration: Full membership of the Dietitians’ Association of Australia.

Selection Criteria:

1. Recognised tertiary qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians' Association of Australia.

2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

3. Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills.

4. Experience working with patients with chronic disease.

5. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and/or research.

6. Demonstrated skills and experience working with a range of information technologies.

7. Demonstrated skills in managing complex patients where standard principles, procedures, techniques and methods require expansion, adaptation or modification.

8. Holds a Drivers License valid in NSW
