• Proven experience in eLearning or in-house training and design environments including relevant qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability using eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate (or knowledge of), Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems or other learning development tools.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare quick reference guides, training materials, and written reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deal with challenges creatively and in both printed and web based modes achieving business focused solutions.
• Proven experience working in a complex enterprise customer service environment, providing strong client support.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education relating to either business or technical knowledge areas.
• Proven interpersonal skills with experience engaging, negotiating and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.
