- Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing key aspects of projects management and implementation, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, reporting, issue and risk management and managing budgets.
- Collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders; being able to influence stakeholder to promote, communicate and implement change and improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences.
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written strategies, plans and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information to varying audiences using Microsoft Office products in a creative and innovative format.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a proven capacity to prioritise competing demands, multi-task and achieve results within tight timeframes always within a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment as well as individually.
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills with previous experience engaging, collaborating and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Capacity and willingness, including NSW driver's license, to travel to HealthShare NSW business and service locations throughout NSW. Reasonable amount of travelling would be required which may include overnight stay in regional/remote areas.
