The Implementation Lead / Program Manager will ensure the implementation planning and delivery is developed with appropriate Clinical Operations, Clinical Stream, Fusion communities of practice, senior stakeholders and operational engagement in accordance with NSWHP Project and Change Management Guidelines.
The initial priority program of work will be Statewide Microbiology, which includes standardisation of workflows and service configuration

- Extensive experience in managing medium to large and/or complex projects in a complex healthcare organisation, including relevant project and change management qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and manage project teams to deliver on outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Demonstrated superior organisational and prioritisation skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven track record to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging, collaborating, and influencing key stakeholders and customers to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Proficiency in contemporary project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) or equivalent.
