What you'll be doing
The ICT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure related projects across Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD)/Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) to ensure delivery of a high quality service consistent with the specific needs and strategic objectives of SNSWLHD and MLHD.


Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or project management, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
  2. Demonstrated successful implementation of major projects aimed at achieving the organisations strategic objectives, including the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  3. Knowledge of establishing and managing documentation and associated processes related to major projects, and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, managers and other stakeholders.
  5. Highly developed negotiation, consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders to influence change and resolve project risks and issues.
  6. Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.

This is a Category ‘B’ position, please read and understand NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015 All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy. OASV requirements also include proof of vaccination against influenza and is compulsory for NSW Staff that enter any Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or who work in NSW Health owned and operated RACFs.
