  1. Qualifications in human resources or related field or relevant experience as part of a human resources service in a large and complex organisation.
  2. Develop promote and maintain positive partnerships within Nursing Midwifery and Workforce, with MNCLHD management and staff, industrial bodies and other government/external stakeholders.
  3. Provide expert and timely strategic and operational human resources advice, guidance and support to MNCLHD management and staff in accordance with legislation, NSW Health Award and policies and MNCLHD Procedures and practices.
  4. Provide expert advice and support that promotes and influences the development of human resource management capability of MNCLHD line managers to enable a more engaged and positive workforce culture.
  5. Provide strategic and operational advice and support organisational change projects and processes.
  6. Identify develop and promote better practice and quality improvement approaches current processes, systems and policy frameworks that enable the continuous improvement and delivery of contemporary HR management.
  7. Research, interpret, analyse and provide advice on workforce and organisational information/data that enables business outcomes.
  8. Actively participate and contribute as a partner and team player of the Workforce team to enable key MNCLHD Workforce priorities, projects and service deliverables be achieved.
