About the Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a key advisory role where you’ll provide expert coaching and guidance to senior leaders and staff across a range of workforce and employment matters.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level advice on complex employment matters, including award interpretation, policy application, and workforce planning.
- Playing a central role in supporting the development of a positive workplace culture, embedding best-practice HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with legislation, industrial instruments and policy.
- Building strong relationships with operational leaders to support effective people management and organisational performance.
- Support change management and strategic HR initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Promote continuous improvement through workforce analytics, trend analysis, and targeted capability development.

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in either Human Resource Management, Employment Relations or Employment Law (or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience).
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, awards and workforce matters within large organisations.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound, evidence-based HR advice.
- Proven experience in complex HR environments, with the ability to coach, influence and advise senior leaders. Experience in strategic planning, policy/procedure development and project management.
