What you'll be doing
The position will link SCHN business procedures with those of Health Support Services to ensure data is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
The position will provide expert advice and education to managers and users relating to maintenance of the staff establishment.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Health Administration or equivalent experience working within a large complex and diverse service industry organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of Staff Establishment activities
- Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations across a large complex organisation.
- Proven ability to coordinate, prioritise and complete work assignments within tight timeframes with the ability to exercise autonomy and initiative to ensure quality outcomes while managing changing priorities to assist with the management of risk.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all levels of staff including senior and executive; managers and peers.
- Demonstrated high level experience in the use of relevant systems and reports including analysing data and providing recommendations.
- Ability to gain understanding and apply relevant NSW Health employment Awards and Agreements
- High level of proficiency in computer packages including email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing applications.
