Health Manager Level 2 - In reach / Outreach / Brief Intervention (IOBI) – Alcohol and other Drugs Service

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
2. Demonstrated understanding and implementation of contemporary approaches to alcohol and other drug treatment
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality improvement and change management systems
4. Demonstrated high level leadership, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with clients, clinicians, executives and other organisations
5. Demonstrated sound time management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities within defined resources, ensuring targets are met
6. Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a high performing team with the ability to motivate and coordinate staff
7. High level written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to provide input, interpret, monitor, and evaluate policies and procedures.
8. Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
