Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated initiative, critical analysis skills, and the ability to identify solutions to problems. Additionally, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  2. Self-motivated with a passion and commitment to pursuing a career in health service management.
  3. Demonstrated a high standard of professional conduct, including the ability to exercise sound judgement and serve as a role model.
  4. Hold a related tertiary qualification from a recognised university, with transcripts submitted as part of the application.
