Where you will be working


Deniliquin District Hospital provides emergency, medical, surgical, and obstetric services.  Of the 45 beds, nine are day surgery, two obstetrics and two bassinets.  Deniliquin hospital is a hub site for surrounding smaller communities and provides a range of community, allied health and mental health/ drug and alcohol outreach services.

What you will be doing


To provide a safe and secure environment for staff, patients and visitors of Deniliquin Health Service. This requires the incumbent to undertake securing, watching, guarding and / or protecting as directed including response to alarm signals and requests for attendance.


Selection Criteria


  • Experience in responding to changing and challenging situations.
  • Experience in communicating appropriately and effectively in a wide range of complex situations.
  • Experience in providing services with a strong, responsive customer service focus..
