- Meets relevant tertiary qualifications standard i.e. Current registration within AHPRA: For Physiotherapists: current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. For Occupational Therapists: current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated strong interest in treating hand injuries, including post-graduate experience in casting or splinting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise a range of written and verbal communication skills and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education.
- Post-graduate Hand Therapy experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical improvement activities with a willingness and commitment to complete a small clinical improvement project during the term of the Clinical Fellowship.
