Go4Fun Coordinator

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health science/behavioural science/population health.
3. Demonstrated experience in the Go4Fun program/project management or similar including ability to ensure program delivery meets program targets within a tight timeframe. Experience in facilitating group nutrition/physical activity education sessions for children.
4. Demonstrated understanding of childhood overweight and obesity particularly within the context of social disadvantage, Aboriginal and CALD communities. Demonstrated understanding of the role of nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change in the reduction of childhood obesity.
5. Ability to coordinate, motivate leaders/facilitators and to work within an action oriented multidisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and network effectively with health staff and other government agencies and non-government agencies and community groups and organisations.
7. Proven high proficiency in using PC based computer software, Microsoft Office Suite and My Data Web. Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Proven proficiency in the utilisation of social media.
8. Current NSW unrestricted drivers licence (P2 licence acceptable)
