  1. Tertiary qualifications in a health, development or academic-related field with significant subsequent experience in a health, development or academic environment or equivalent work experience
  2. A minimum of five years experience working in low and middle-income countries, and demonstrated understanding of international development and immunisation, particularly in the Indo-Pacific region
  3. Demonstrated excellent technical cooperation skills across all aspects of immunisation programs, including technical project planning and capacity building in low and middle income countries settings
  4. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including those used when working as part of immunisation program technical working groups, in the development of non-technical advisory briefing documents and in working with colleagues in culturally diverse low-middle income settings
  5. Advanced user of computer software packages including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, financial software, and database systems including DHIS2
  6. Ability to travel internationally as appropriate
