What you'll be doing
This leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operations of Auburn Hospital, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services that align with WSLHD objectives. The General Manager drives strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role you will:
- Provide executive-level management for all hospital operations.
- Deliver on financial management, patient flow, and performance indicators.
- Lead strategic planning to meet community health needs.
- Ensure services are high-quality, responsive, and aligned with policy.
- Foster collaboration to achieve safety, efficiency, and excellence.
